"Feels weirdly limited"
I was hoping for way more style options, but the selection felt limited. Like, not to sound too conspiracy-minded, but it almost felt like they were hiding the better choices somewhere and only showing me the same few basic looks. Overall, just not much variety to work with.

"Started off okay, then honestly... not impressed"
The order showed up on time and everything looked fine at first, so I was happy for a minute. But then I actually felt the fabric and, yeah, my mood changed fast. It was way thinner than it looked in the photos, and after just one wash it already lost its shape a bit. For the price, I really expected something better.

"Got a confirmation, then silence"
I got the confirmation and thought everything was good to go, but since then I’ve just been waiting with no real updates or clear explanation. It’s frustrating not knowing what’s happening or when I should expect anything. i feel disappointed and left in the dark.

"Color wasn’t what I expected"
I thought it looked beige in the pictures, it showed up looking almost yellow. Disappointed because it really didn’t match what I was expecting.

"Checkout was such a hassle..."
I tried placing an order and the checkout process was frustrating. I filled everything out, then it kept throwing errors at me?? Had to type my address in twice, and the payment page took forever to load. By the end, I wasn’t even sure if the order actually went through or not. Not exactly the best first impression!

"The stuff itself was nice once it..."
The stuff itself was nice once it finally showed up, so I don’t really have complaints about the actual products. But the shipping was frustrating. My package took longer than expected, and the tracking barely updated, so I kept checking it like a weirdo while drinking my morning coffee and still had no idea where it was. Everything arrived in good condition, thankfully, but the whole delivery process made it way more stressful than it needed to be. I can’t give it more than 2 stars because of that.

"Return took way too long"
I sent my return back expecting it to be handled quickly, but the whole process dragged on much longer than it should have. It was frustrating having to wait around with little progress, i feel like some kind of compensation would be fair after the inconvenience...

"Nice basics, though a little pricey"
I ordered a couple of tops and a simple cardigan from Perfectly Basics, and yeah, overall it was a good experience. The product details were easy to understand, and the sizing was mostly spot on, which makes shopping online so much easier.

The quality feels nice, and delivery went smoothly too, no issues there. I just think some pieces are a bit on the expensive side for what they are, so for me it’s a solid 4 stars.

"Really good packaging"
My order arrived packed really well and everything was safe with no damage at all. I’ve had packages from other places show up banged up before, so I definitely appreciated the extra care here. The box was a little bigger than it needed to be for the items, but overall I’m happy with how it arrived.

"I wanted to like this shirt because..."
I wanted to like this shirt because it looked decent when I first took it out of the package. But then I put it on and immediately thought, hmm, this fabric is not it. It feels a little rough and thinner than I expected, so it’s just not that comfortable. For the price, I was hoping it would feel nicer

"Issue never really got sorted"
I had an issue with my order and support kept sending these quick replies that didn’t really answer my question. After a few days of going back and forth, nothing was fixed, so I just gave up. Definitely not the best way to handle a customer problem

"Good store, but the shipping gives me pause"
I was able to find what I needed easily, and the site was simple enough to navigate. The only thing that made me hesitate was the shipping cost, especially for such a small order. I don’t really like feeling like I’m taking a chance on extra fees adding up, so it would probably make me think twice next time unless I’m ordering a few things at once. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I’d feel better if the delivery cost was more reasonable.

"Payment was easy, but they still need to do better"
I ordered from perfectlybasics.com and yeah, the payment part was simple enough. They had the usual options I use, so at least they didn’t mess that up. Checkout went through fine and the confirmation came quickly. But it’s annoying that they don’t offer a couple more payment methods by now. That’s on them, not the customer. Overall it worked, but they really should improve it.

"Sizing was definitely off for me"
I was really hoping this would work out, but the fit was much smaller than I expected. It felt too tight right away, so for me, the sizing is definitely off and I wouldn’t order my usual size again.

"Delivery took about forever"

"I sent my return back and the tracking..."
I sent my return back and the tracking showed it got there after just a few days, so I figured the refund would be sorted soon. But after that, it basically went silent.

I ended up emailing them to ask what was going on. The reply was nice enough, but they still didn’t really give me a clear date for when the money would come back. The refund were finally processed, but way later than I expected.
The shop itself is fine, and the order wasn’t a total bad experience, but the refund speed was really disappointing. It definitely makes me think twice about ordering from them again.

"Helpful, but the wait was a little much"
I had a question about my order, and, well, customer service did eventually get back to me. The answer was actually helpful once I received it, so I can’t really complain too much. I just kind of expected a quicker response. So yeah, not a bad experience, just a bit slower than I would’ve liked
